Vegetable Spring Rolls

Ingredients
  

  • 5 cups water
  • 2 cups noodles, cook until al dante
  • 1 tbsp vegetble oil
  • ½ medium green bell pepper
  • 1 whole carrot, shredded
  • ½ tsp salt (or to taste)
  • ½ tsp black pepper (or to taste)
  • cups cabbage,shredded
  • ¼ cup sweet and sour sauce, of choice
  • 3 tbsp all purpose flour
  • 2-3 tbsp water
  • ~1 pack spring roll sheets
  • ~5 cups vegetable oil, to fry

Instructions
 

Filling

  • Boil water and cook the noodles in it until al dente.
  • In a wok add some oil.
  • Once the oil is heated add the bell peppers and carrots.
  • Add salt and black pepper and cook until tender.
  • Add chopped cabbage and cook it until tender.
  • Mix in the noodles with the veggies.
  • Add in the sweet and sour sauce and cook for 1-2 minutes.

Flour Paste

  • Take some flour in a small cup.
  • Then add in some water and mix well until no lumps left.

Assembly

  • Take spring roll sheet and add some filling.
  • Roll it up and then seal it with the flour paste.
  • Finally fry and serve hot.
