In a pan heat up some oil.
Then add in bell peppers, mushrooms and hot sauce.
Cook until tender and all the water from the bell peppers has been burnt off.
In a large bowl combine black beans, chickpeas, vegetable mixture, chili flakes, salt, black pepper, Italian seasoning and bread crumbs.
Mix well until everything is well combined.
Then add come all purpose flour and mix well until well combined.
Then form into patties and then coat them in all purpose flour.
Then in a pan heat up some oil.
Cook the patties until golden brown from both side. If you like it more crunchy you can even bake them in the oven.
Once cooked then add cheese slice and take it off the stove.
