Bread

chickpeas, washed

cucumbers, sliced

whole
tomatoes, diced

spinach, washed

Instructions
Pesto
In a blender add basil, pine nuts, parmesan cheese, salt, black pepper, lemon juice and olive oil.
Blend until smooth.
Salad
In a large bowl add chickpeas, cucumbers, tomatoes, spinach, pesto, salt and black pepper.
Mix well until everything is well combined.
Bread
In a small bowl add some butter, olive oil, chili flakes, italian seasoning and oregano.
Mix well until well combined.
Then spread on bread slices and bake until toasted.
