Tofu

cubed firm tofu

vegetable oil

red bell pepper, diced

green bell pepper, diced

butter lettuce leaves
~half red cabbage, shredded

carrot, shredded
sesame seeds
cilantro leaves, to garnish
Instructions
Sweet and Sour Sauce
In a small pot add some water, cider vinegar, soy sauce and tomato paste.
Mix well until everything is well combined and no lumps are left.
Then add in brown sugar and corn starch.
Mix well until well combined and then add in ketchup.
Cook on low heat until the sauce has thicken then take it off the stove.
Tofu
In a large bowl add some cider vinegar and soy sauce.
Then add in the tofu and mix it well.
In a large ziplog bag add some corn starch.
Then add in the tofu and mix well until the tofu pieces are well coated.
In a pan heat up some oil and then cook the tofu until crispy.
In a pan heat up some oil and then add in bell peppers and salt and cook until slightly tender.
Then add in the cooked tofu and the sweet and sour sauce.
Mix well and cook for 1 minute on low heat.
Assembly
Take some lettuce leaves and then on top add some shredded red cabbage.
Then add the tofu mixture and serve.
